Hey Amazing Soul! Happy Friday! I spent hours today working and reliving my AMAZING McCartney concert memories from last Friday, thanks to YouTube, and I was thinking about gratitude and what it means. Is there such a thing as too much gratitude? Do you think if you only experienced gratitude your life would be way more exciting 100% of the time? So, I did some Mastering ManiFASTing journaling about gratitude and asked myself the following:
————————– It’s a lot to think about, right? We are grateful for our computers when they are in working condition again after not working effortlessly. But, we don’t give it much thought when they are running smoothly in general. We are grateful when sick family members become healthy again because we were imagining our lives without them in it. We are grateful for air conditioning when it’s 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside, but we may not even realize how thankful we are until the heat climbs higher in its temperature. Chasing RainbowsWhen you give back to the Universe through good behavior or via donations, do you do it in order to have a blessing bestowed upon you? I’m serious. Do you give because you expect something in return? I think this is a useful exercise to be really honest with yourself about why you may be feeling stuck with how the Law of Attraction works. I’ve encountered numerous souls who feel they are owed something because why not? Others receive blessings. I’ve even experienced souls who “do” good, but later show their true colors by behaving in a completely different way because they were putting on a facade in order to receive what they desire. And some souls receive all their desires and they are still searching for that missing link of happiness in their lives. Why are we always wanting more in life? Why are we never grateful enough for what we have? And why do some of us just dismiss the credibility of the Law of Attraction when we don’t receive what we want right away (even though others do believe in it and do receive blessings with ease)? Many Souls Chase Rainbows Some souls keep seeking from the outside in order to be fulfilled. They expect another soul or an outside influence to “fix” them. They expect some kind of Hollywood magical moment to occur in order for them TO believe the Law of Attraction is real. And sometimes it’s all so sneaky and they don’t even realize it’s what they are putting out into the Universe until something happens and they are forced to look in the mirror. They may not realize what they are putting out into the Universe by their perceptions and expectations is what is being reflected back to them in return. You cannot receive in order to be grateful for your life and be able to love yourself. Being grateful and loving yourself create opportunities for you to receive your desires. It’s a simple formula, but it’s a formula many misunderstand and misuse in their attempt to make the Law of Attraction work for them. I don’t chase my desires because my life IS the beautiful rainbow I choose to observe. I attract TO me, not the other way around. I want to know what gratitude means to you and how does it fit into the Law of Attraction formula. Reply and let me know what comes up for you from your Mastering ManiFASTing journaling. Have a beautiful weekend and remember: You’re in charge of your mind and of your life. You are the magnet, there’s no need to chase after anything. Stand tall, be proud of yourself, and shine your light outward. You’ll attract more positive energy and all your desires much quicker this way. Never expect to be “owed” anything and give because you truly want to give, not because you think this is how you receive. You can fake orgasms, but you can’t fake gratitude. |
