Today I’m going to teach you how to manifest your desires even while feeling fearful. I know, this sounds contradictory. But fear exists because if it didn’t exist, you wouldn’t feel it or even know what it is or how to describe it. You just wouldn’t focus on it or acknowledge it AT ALL. You wouldn’t be…fearful. I know, I went there!
In all seriousness, fear is not something to be fearful of, and in this episode, I’m going to teach you how to look at “fear”, and your desires, as bouncing super balls. Not only will you shift your description and expectations of fear through your new approach, but you’ll also realize how to manifest your desires more quickly using super balls as a metaphor, and by using your body.
