Calm mind brings inner strength and self-confidence, so that’s very important for good health. – Dalai Lama

I know how you feel. I, too, still have my moments. The word “fear” can be paralyzing to some of us. We all can recognize when we have fears, we know we are feeling and thinking them when it happens. However, do you ever stop and weigh the question: do I fear the result? Or, do I fear the process of manifesting my desire?

This is one way I am able to understand and RELEASE my fears. Whenever I am feeling stuck or doubtful about my own manifestations, while doing my daily mindset journaling, I ask myself the above question. Once I realize my cognitive functioning on a more detailed level through writing, I am able to help break down and decipher even MORE what my mind is subconsciously holding on to that prevents me from allowing my desire to manifest into the physical form.

Sounds obvious, right? Well, we are so busy with our lives every single day that we sometimes forget to really check in with our own minds! I was feeling stuck last week, so I journaled around limiting mental blocks and this week I had some awesome breakthroughs! I realized what I was holding on to and why I was continuing to hold on to with regards to specifics of my own fears. This allowed me to release them because I then knew what my fear exactly was and WHY I was continuing to hold on to it. It’s not so scary when you understand why, it’s empowering to understand why. Knowledge is power, it has always been my favorite quote because it’s very true.

So the next time you are doing your daily mindset journaling, ask yourself: are you afraid of the result? Or, do you fear the process of bringing your manifestation into the physical realm? Dive deep, get to the root of the fear, understand WHY you are having them and WHY you are holding on to them. When you gain this type of knowledge, it makes it easier to stop squeezing your fears by holding on to them so tightly. You then release your hand by opening it up, allowing the fears to be released, too. The tension is relieved, your sigh of relief surfaces, and the feelings of calm and peacefulness start to rise and take over. You are letting go, making room for the manifestation to flow in nowLOVE this feeling!

Remember, you DO have the power of your mind, of yourself, and of your life.

Carpe Diem!
