Hey Sensational Soul!

I have a secret: these last 2 months have been extremely stressful for me. I mean, my eyes are twitching, I can’t sleep at night, and no amount of coffee will help me to stay energized kind of stressful. I had so many changes going on and things not working smoothly that I was beginning to doubt my own abilities as a manifesting mentor and published author.

In addition, I lost someone who I really admire and I miss her. I know she is no longer suffering on our planet, but it’s still hard. My pets have been sick, I am spending more money than usual on my pets and on my business. I could go on, but I’m not going to do this!

It’s so easy to revert back to my former self and focus on the negative.

Each day I look for the “highlight” of my day. So, right before I sleep at night I climb into bed and I think about the highlight of my day and tell the Universe how thankful I am to have experienced it. Even if it’s drinking a tasty cup of coffee or being able to catch a few minutes of a “mental break” from everything swirling around me.

My question to you is:

Do you also have “gratitude” moments each day? What do you think in order to communicate to the Universe/God/the angels what you are grateful for each day? Law of Attraction states, “like attracts like.” What are you sending out into the Universe through your vibrations? Furthermore, what are you calling BACK to you in return?

It’s like a boomerang effect in how the Universe responds to you. Don’t fret, though! It’s okay if you have a tough day or few days. You manifest either exactly what you are asking for or similar to what you focus on the majority of the time.

And most of the time it works out MUCH BETTER than you could ever imagine if you release the need to CONTROL your outcome!

You are in the driver’s seat of your life. You are holding the keys to the cage you may be feeling stuck in- but, you are NOT stuck, you are just feeling stuck- there is a HUGE difference. You are in control of what you CHOOSE to be thankful for in your life. There is always another soul in this world who would love to have or be what YOU have or who you ARE.

Remember: not everything on the surface seems as good or glamorous as you think it is. The grass is greener on YOUR side, here, NOW.

Gratitude is the root of all abundance in every area of your life. What are your nightly rituals to wind down your day? Take 5 minutes and really focus on your gratitude, daily. It helps you with your overall mindset, PLUS it helps you to be a more polished lighthouse signal for all your blessings to come TO you, FOR you, in return.
