The quote in the above is from my best-selling book. Our feelings and emotions fluctuate several times per day, sometimes more intense than other days. I want to share with you a type of meditation I like to use to help me remain centered and balance as much as humanly possible. I perform this type of meditation each night before falling asleep:
Mindful Breathing Meditation
I hope this soulful meditation secret helps you to have a good night’s rest. It’s important to get enough sleep so you are full of manifesting energy with setting your manifesting intentions each day.
And if you have an “off” day? No big deal! Each day is a brand new day. Give yourself permission to be gentle and kind to yourself because you are so worthy of giving yourself a break in life. You’ve got this!
