I have a question for you:
How often do you update your affirmations and mantras?
Remember, the goal is to get into alignment and MAINTAIN your alignment.
We all have ups and downs with our moods and emotions, it’s natural with being human. But, it’s good to have a “go-to” list in order to help bring you back onto your soul’s path of ManiFASTing your desires into your physical realm even faster!
Here are some affirmation tips I use to help maintain my own soul-flow and high-vibe sphere of energy:
1) I Google “affirmations” and “quotes about…”.
2) I pick some of my favorites that are currently inspiring me and I write them down. I usually pick between 3-6 at a time.
3) I plug these affirmations into different areas of my energy space such as making Post-It notes to put onto my fridge, bathroom mirror, desk area, and even in my car!
4) I put them onto my phone’s digital vision board with photos to use as my phone’s background or lock screen image.
5) I plug them in as passwords to things.
6) And when my eyes are used to seeing them at these energy spaces, I move them to different areas so my mind pays attention to novelty filtering.
Mix It Up
I like to use my current affirmations until I’m no longer feeling that energetic spark of inspiration. When this happens, I repeat steps 1-6 again with 3-6 different affirmations.
What’s great about this is you get to CHOOSE what inspires YOU and keep it feeling new with your brain’s filtering system!
So have fun with it and get creative if your soul feels inclined to do so, there is really no right way or wrong way to do this. The whole point is to get into your high-vibe energy space and maintain it on a daily basis. YES! Feel free to use one of my affirmations below to get started:
